A new 173,000 square feet, four-story building was added to Memorial Herman Baptist Hospital. The project included a 52,000 square feet renovation of the existing facility.

Accurate Comfort Systems USA, Inc provided the plumbing, air conditioning, and ventilation systems for the project. The system consisted of a central plant serving large roof mounted air handlers. Comfort conditioning was provided by variable volume boxes with hot water heating coils.

The new HVAC systems provided an efficient and comfortable environment for additional patients, allowing the hospital to expand its capacity. In order to proceed immediately and meet the aggressive schedule for completion, Accurate Comfort Systems USA, Inc partnered with Robbins & Morton Construction on a cost plus basis with a guaranteed maximum price. Accurate Comfort Systems USA, Inc completed the project under budget, providing savings to its client.
