Humble High School was an aging, two-story building in need of remodeling and expansion. It had an antiquated two-pipe air-conditioning system that required an immediate upgrade in advance of renovations and additions to the buildings.

Accurate Comfort Systems USA, Inc provided and installed a completely new, four-pipe HVAC system to serve the existing facility and the new addition. It was imperative that classes not be interrupted during construction. Accurate Comfort Systems USA, Inc split the project into two phases by closing off sections of the school for installation and allowing normal access to other parts of the building. This allowed school business to continue uninterrupted and the project was completed on schedule.

The new four-pipe HVAC system eliminated the need for manual switching from cooling to heating. This allowed for better indoor air quality and more energy efficiency. Accurate Comfort Systems USA, Inc responded promptly to deteriorating conditions when existing areas were opened for remodel. On-site supervision was required for material and equipment handling, scheduling and field labor to ensure free access to in-use areas and maintain comfort conditioning.
