The City of Houston needed old, costly air-handling units replaced in their Public Works Building. They needed the new units installed immediately so not to disrupt business.

Accurate Comfort Systems USA removed the existing air-handling units and provided 57 brand new units for the building. The new units were dismantled in shop for ease of transporting and rebuilt and installed on-site piece by piece.

By installing the new units with crews working weekend shifts, Accurate Comfort Systems USA finished the project ahead of schedule. During the process, the Public Works building was able to be open for business during the day without interrupting its everyday responsibilities. The City of Houston reduced maintenance cost by 25%.
